Well here it is another friday, another collection of strange news stories from around the world. This week’s roundup includes a real-life corpse bride and a royal ghost caught on camera.

Man weds dead wife:
Chadil Deffy, from the Surin province in Thailand has married his girlfriend Sarinya Kamsook; the only thing is she didn’t say ‘I do’ back, mainly because she is dead. The couple who had been together for 10 years were talking about marriage but postponed their plans until Chadil had finished his studies. Tragedy then struck when Sarinya was killed in a traffic collision, her grief-stricken boyfriend explained in interviews that
“the motivation for this display was guilt, pure and simple:I felt I hadn’t done enough for my girlfriend of 10 years while she was alive.”
The wedding was a way of righting something that he had been able to do when his love was alive.
Princess Diana‘s ghost caught on tape?:
This video has done the rounds for the past couple of days, shot by Chinese tourists inside a church in Glasgow, Scotland. The Metro reports that paranormal investigator Michael Cohen is looking into the footage in order to work out whether it is in fact the late princess or just an optical illusion, the video shows the image of a woman seemingly wearing a tiara standing still in a stained glass window. The lack of movement in the video could definitely point towards it being an optical illusion, though it is worth pointing out that the image was not spotted until the tourists looked back at the footage they had shot.
